Click the “Form Settings” button across the top of the webform management screen.
Note: this is only visible when you’ve gone to the webform tab for a piece of webform content.
Commonly used settings:
Total Submission Limit – useful if your form is a registration for an event with a limited number of spaces available.
Per User Submission Limit – used if you want to restrict how many times an individual user can complete the form. NOTE: this limit only works well when form applicants are required to register a user account on the site; otherwise blocking by IP/cookie may prevent other users from public computers from signing up. Should you wish to limit registrations to one per individual, we recommend utilizing the “UNIQUE” validation requirement on the full name field or primary email address contact field for the form.
Form Status: use open to accept entries, use closed to keep the form published but prevent anyone from submitting an entry.
