Autocomplete/Lookup Fields

Some input fields are used to relate/pull in other pieces of content.  These fields can be identified by the circle that appears at the far right of the input field.

As you type values into the field, the system will search for approximate matches and display a dropdown of results from which you can select.

Should the value you want be a phrase or include punctuation symbols, be sure to put it in double quotes.  For example,

DON'T:  John Doe, PhD

DO:  "John Doe, PhD."

For a list of phrases, use commas to separate them.

DON'T:  John Doe, PhD, Mary Jane Smith, MD

DO:  "John Doe, PhD.", "Mary Jane Smith, MD"

If the value you wish to assign to this field is not present in the dropdown list, it will automatically be added upon saving the piece of content and will be visible on subsequent lookups.
